TRI-COLOUR HERON

The beautiful Tri-Colored Heron is a sight to be seen.  Its long yellow legs and red eyes tha

t are very striking.  They have a little tuft of white on top of their head that stands up if they are threatened or excited.  During breeding the beaks become a bright blue.
